I wanted to share an exciting new project series I’m embarking on that I think you’ll find interesting.
I’ve decided to begin a personal project involving an analysis of cloud solutions, with a specific focus on optimizing costs. With the increased utilisation of cloud services, it’s crucial for companies to implement solutions that are not only efficient but also cost-effective. My goal is to analyze the cloud solutions implemented by various companies and enterprises and propose better, more cost-optimized alternatives.
I’ll be kicking off this series with a focus on AWS solutions. AWS, with its numerous array of services and pricing options, offers massive potential for cost savings when used effectively.
I’ll also be conducting case studies on Atlassian solutions, Azure, GCP, and other cloud infrastructure and solutions. Each platform has its own unique offerings and challenges and I can’t wait to explore them all with you.
To make it easy for you to follow along, I’ll be categorizing these case studies under the “COS” category and tagging them with “Cost Optimization.” Whether you’re a seasoned cloud architect or just starting your journey into cloud computing, I hope you’ll find these insights valuable and applicable to your own projects.
